Towing at Columbus Events & Places

Stadiums, arenas, campuses, shopping districts and the airport: what to do when your car won't cooperate there.

Call (740) 812-9489

Big events, busy campuses and packed shopping districts are where cars quit at the worst moment: a battery that dies after four hours of tailgating, keys locked in a car on the fifth level of a garage, a flat in a lot that empties all at once. Each page below covers one place in and around Columbus, with the garages, streets and timing that matter there and what to tell our dispatcher so the right truck finds you. Roadside Towing & Recovery Inc is independent and is not affiliated with any of these venues, teams, schools or shopping centers.

Events & Places: common questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you help drivers at Columbus game days and big events?

Yes. Dispatch answers around the clock, so a call from a stadium lot, an arena garage or a festival street goes to the nearest available truck. Each page in this section names the garages and streets that matter at that place and what to tell the dispatcher so the truck finds your car quickly.

Are you the official towing company for these venues or schools?

No. We are an independent towing company with no affiliation to any venue, team, school, shopping center or the City. If a property owner, a campus or the police had your car towed, that tow was ordered by them, and our impound lot guide walks through getting a city-towed car back.

Does help at an event cost more than a normal call?

No. One published rate card covers every location: a jump start, lockout or tire change is a flat $75 plus en-route at $4 per mile from our yard, and a tow is $4 a mile en-route, $125 to hook up and $7 per loaded mile. After-hours and weekend surcharges apply the same way they do anywhere else.
