Flat tire off I-270, dead battery at the mall, or a lockout on Tuttle Crossing Boulevard? Call us and give the nearest store or road name.
Call (740) 812-9489Tuttle Crossing towing requests come from an unusual pocket of Central Ohio: The Mall at Tuttle Crossing carries a Dublin mailing address, yet the property actually lies inside Columbus city limits, with Hilliard just to the south and west. That overlap matters when you are stuck, because it affects which police department handles a street problem and what to tell a dispatcher. This page covers roadside trouble around the mall, along Tuttle Crossing Boulevard and at the I-270 interchange, and explains how we get you moving again or get your car to a shop. Call (740) 812-9489 any time. Our yard on Harrisburg Pike is on the same west side of the outerbelt, so the trip north is a straight run up I-270. We are independent, not tied to the mall or any tenant, and you pay only what the published rate card shows.

The mall is reached from I-270 at exit 15, Tuttle Crossing Boulevard, and the boulevard carries a steady stream of shoppers, office workers and hotel guests between the ramps and the retail lots on both sides. Stalls tend to cluster at the ramp signals and in the turn lanes where drivers stack up waiting for a green.
A shredded tire on the outerbelt is one of the most common calls here. If you can coast safely to the right shoulder or off the ramp, do it, then call us for a tire change: $75 flat plus $4 a mile en-route, with the +$75 highway surcharge if we are working on I-270 itself. If your spare is also flat or missing, we can tow instead.
Tell us whether you are on the northbound or southbound side and which ramp, or the business you are closest to on the boulevard.
The Mall at Tuttle Crossing is an enclosed two-level center that opened in 1997. JCPenney, Macy's and the Scene75 entertainment center are its current anchors, and those entrances are the easiest way for our driver to spot you. Portions of the building are vacant now, which means some outer sections of the lot can be nearly empty; if you are parked far from any doors, look for a light-pole number or describe the nearest road.
A jump start comes with a battery test and a printed report, and a failed battery can be swapped where the car sits. For keys shut inside, lockout service costs the same $75 plus $4 a mile en-route. When the car truly needs a shop, a wheel-lift tow or flatbed handles standard cars, pickups and SUVs as part of our light-duty towing.
Because the mall sits in Columbus while neighboring hotels, offices and plazas may fall in Dublin or Hilliard, a police-ordered tow after a crash is dispatched by whichever department responds. You do not pick that company, and we cannot step in once police have called one.
Private-lot tows are a separate matter. Retail and office lots around the boulevard are privately owned, and Ohio law (ORC 4513.601) requires posted signs before a car can be removed. The sign lists the tow company and its phone number. We do not release vehicles from other companies' lots or the city impound lot, but after you have your release we can pick the car up and deliver it wherever you want. Our towed-car guide walks through the Columbus side of that process.
Our standard tow is $4 a mile en-route plus a $125 hook-up and $7 for every loaded mile. Add $75 on the highway, $50 on weekends, $100 for large vehicles, and $150 between 10PM and 6AM. The full breakdown is on our rate card, and dispatch can estimate the mileage to your chosen shop before we roll.
It has a Dublin mailing address, but the property lies within Columbus city limits, and Hilliard is close by. For a roadside call the city does not change our price. It only matters for things like police reports or finding a vehicle that police had towed, where you need the department that actually handled it.
Get as far right as you safely can, switch on your hazards, and stay inside with your belt on if traffic is close. Call 911 if you are blocking a lane or anyone is hurt. Then call us with your direction and the nearest exit; the highway surcharge applies to calls on the interstate.
Tuttle Crossing sits near the edge of our metro band: most metro calls are reached in 20 to 40 minutes, while outer communities run 40 to 60. Treat that as an estimate; rush-hour backups at the I-270 interchange or bad weather can slow any truck. The dispatcher will tell you what to expect when you call. If you are waiting in a dark corner of the lot, stay in your locked car.
Yes. We test the battery during the jump start and hand you a printed report. If the result shows a failing battery, the technician can install a replacement on the spot, which is often cheaper and faster than a tow to a shop. If the battery tests fine, the problem is likely elsewhere, and a tow may be the better choice.
Anywhere you choose: your home, a dealer, or an independent shop in Dublin, Hilliard or elsewhere. Mileage is billed only while the car is loaded. If you do not have a shop in mind, dispatch can tell you about repair partners we work with. Loaded mileage starts once the car is secured on our truck.
