Dead battery in the casino garage or a car that should not be driven home tonight? We cover West Broad and I-270 around the clock.
Call (740) 812-9489Hollywood Casino towing is close to home for us. The casino sits at 200 Georgesville Road, where West Broad Street meets I-270 on the west side, a few miles up the road from our tow yard on Harrisburg Pike, so a truck typically gets there in 15–30 minutes. If your car will not start in the garage, you locked the keys inside, or you would rather not drive home tonight, call (740) 812-9489 at any hour. This page covers how to describe your spot in a garage or lot this big, what a late-night call costs on our published rate card, how a tow home works when you should not be behind the wheel, and what to do if you break down on I-270 on the way in or out. We are an independent towing company, not the casino's contractor.

The casino offers more than 3,700 free parking spaces between its garage and the surface lots, plus valet at the front entrance, so the first job is telling the driver exactly where you are. In the garage, read the level and the nearest row or column marker off the signs and note the closest elevator. In a surface lot, name the nearest light-pole number or the entrance you came in from Georgesville Road or Broad Street.
Garage levels have low ceilings, so we send a low-clearance truck for parking garage recovery instead of a full-height flatbed. Most garage calls never need a tow at all: a jump start or a lockout is fixed right in the space, and the driver tests the battery so you know whether it will start again tomorrow.
If the valet parked your car, tell the valet stand that a tow truck is coming. They can bring the keys and meet the driver, or walk you to the car.
The casino keeps late hours, and since its 203-room hotel tower opened in June 2026, more visitors stay overnight and find a dead battery in the morning. Our prices do not change because of where the car is parked. A jump start, lockout or tire change is a flat $75 plus $4 a mile en-route from the yard, and a tow is $4 a mile en-route, a $125 hook-up and $7 per loaded mile.
Calls between 10PM and 6AM add a $150 after-hours charge and weekends add $50, both listed on the rate card. The dispatcher reads you the full total before the truck leaves the yard, so there are no surprises at the end of a long night.
Hotel guests can leave a car parked and call in the morning if it can wait. Tell dispatch your room is in the hotel and the driver will call on reaching the lot.
Most visitors arrive on I-270 at exit 7, the West Broad Street (US-40) interchange, and turn onto Georgesville Road; exit 5 at Georgesville Road is the next one south. Those ramps are busy at shift change and after late shows, so a breakdown on the shoulder there needs care. Stay belted in with the hazards on, call 911 first if you are stuck in a lane, and then call us. Interstate pickups add a $75 highway charge.
The casino sits between the Hilltop and Galloway, the same west side our yard serves every day, so a truck working nearby is often only minutes away. If the car needs repairs, we can take it to your own mechanic, to one of our auto repair partners, or home on a flatbed.
Usually 15–30 minutes. Our trucks are based at the Harrisburg Pike yard on the southwest side, a few miles from the casino by local roads or I-270, so the drive itself is short. The wait mostly depends on whether a driver is free. Give the dispatcher the garage level and row, or the lot and nearest entrance, and you will get a time on the phone.
Yes. Garage levels need a low-clearance truck, and that is what we send when you say the car is in the garage. Most of the time the problem is a battery or locked keys, which the driver fixes in the space. If the car has to be towed, it is pulled out with a low-profile unit and moved to a flatbed outside if it is going far.
The same rate card covers every location: $4 a mile en-route, a $125 hook-up and $7 per loaded mile, or a flat $75 plus en-route miles for a jump start or lockout. Add $150 between 10PM and 6AM, $50 on weekends and $75 for an I-270 pickup. Franklin County sales tax applies, and you can price it with our online quote.
Yes. Leaving the car is always the right call if you have been drinking or are too tired to drive. We load it on a flatbed and take it to your home address, and you get there by rideshare or with a friend. Tell dispatch where the car is going and who will meet the driver to hand over the keys and sign for the delivery.
Ask the valet stand to keep the keys and tell them a tow truck is on the way. When the driver arrives, the valet brings the keys and the driver jump-starts the car where the valet parked it, or tows it if it still will not start. Have your ID and registration handy, since the driver confirms ownership before working on the car.
We are not the casino's towing contractor. If the car is gone, ask casino security first; they can tell you whether it was moved and by whom. Ohio law requires private lots to post tow-away signs that name the towing company. Once you know where the car is and have the release, we can collect it and bring it home or to a shop.
Pull as far onto the right shoulder as you can, turn on the hazards and stay buckled in. If the car stopped in a lane or anyone is hurt, call 911 first. Then call us with your direction and whether you are before or after exit 7. A flatbed clears the shoulder quickly, and interstate pickups carry the $75 highway charge.
