Easton Towing for Garages, EVs and Late Nights at Easton Town Center

Stuck in an Easton garage, lot or hotel parking area after dinner or a movie? We send low-profile trucks and flatbeds day and night.

Call (740) 812-9489

Easton towing calls usually come from one of three places: a level inside one of the Town Center garages, a surface lot after the restaurants close, or an office or hotel lot elsewhere in the wider Easton district on the northeast side of Columbus. Whichever one you are standing in, call (740) 812-9489 and dispatch will answer at any hour. The point of this page is simple: help you get moving again anywhere in Easton, whether that means a jump, a lockout, a garage recovery with a low-profile truck, or a tow on a flatbed. The Town Center itself covers about 90 acres inside a development roughly fourteen times that size, and it has its own parking rules, EV chargers and enforcement policy. Knowing them before you call can save money. We cover them below, along with the interstate exits that feed the area.

Garages and lots: naming your location

Easton mixes free and paid parking across on-street spaces, surface lots and four named garages: the East Garage on Chagrin Drive, the West Garage with entrances on Easton Loop West and Gramercy, plus the Fenlon and Worth garages. The Easton Gateway area has its own outdoor lot. Paid spaces run through the Preferred Park program using the ParkMobile app or pay stations.

Inside a structure, standard tow trucks often cannot clear the ceiling, so we send a low-profile unit built for parking garage recovery. Give the dispatcher the garage name, the level, and the nearest stairwell or store entrance. Riders should know motorcycle spaces sit on the West Garage ground floor and on level one of the East Garage near the Station Building, and we can load a bike there for motorcycle towing.

If a pay gate or a ticket stands between the car and the exit, mention it on the call so the driver knows what to expect.

EV charging and EV tow rules

Easton lists 24 charging ports across five spots, with Level 2 and DC fast chargers in the East, Fenlon and Worth garages and at Easton Gateway. Tesla and Whole Foods run separate stations on the property. That makes the district a common stop for electric cars, and occasionally a place where one runs completely flat.

Our EV and Tesla towing rule has no exceptions: the vehicle travels with all four wheels off the pavement, on a flatbed or a wheel-lift with dollies. A dead EV first gets a 12V jump so it can be placed in transport mode; skipping that step risks damage when the car is moved. In a garage, the low-profile truck works with dollies to bring the car down to street level, where it can be transferred if needed.

EV transport is priced differently from a standard tow, so check the rate card or ask dispatch for the exact figure.

Nights, holidays and the roads in and out

Most drivers arrive on I-270 at exit 33, Easton Way, which crosses the interstate on the Easton Bridge; Morse Road at exit 32 and State Route 161 at exit 30 are the other nearby interchanges. Evening crowds from the restaurants, the movie theater and bars build after dark, and valet at several of the upscale restaurants typically runs into the late evening.

A jump start or lockout is $75 plus $4 a mile en-route any time, but calls placed from 10PM to 6AM add the after-hours surcharge, and Saturday or Sunday adds $50. During the holiday shopping stretch, the Easton Way and Morse Road approaches get backed up, and our 20 to 40 minute metro estimate can run long.

If you are waiting in a dark garage or lot late at night, stay in the locked car or wait inside a nearby open business until the truck arrives.

Easton's 24-hour rule and private-lot tows

Easton's parking page states that vehicles left more than 24 hours will be towed and that enforcement runs around the clock by a tow company it names. If your car will not start and you have to leave it overnight, arrange a tow out yourself rather than betting on the clock. We are not Easton's enforcement company and cannot release cars it removes.

The office buildings, hotels and service centers across the broader Easton district generally set their own rules, and private tows there must follow ORC 4513.601 with posted signs. Read the sign, call the number listed, and see our guide on finding a towed car in Columbus. With the release in hand, we can move the car to a shop in Gahanna or anywhere else.

Easton Town Center: common questions

Frequently asked questions

Can Easton towing trucks get inside the Town Center garages?

Our low-profile garage trucks are designed for parking structures where a standard wrecker would scrape the ceiling. Tell us whether you are in the East, West, Fenlon or Worth garage and which level, and we will send the right equipment. If the car can be moved to an open lot or the street, a flatbed or wheel-lift can handle the rest.

My EV died at an Easton charger. Can you tow it?

Yes. We give the car a 12V jump so it can enter transport mode, then load it with all four wheels off the ground using a flatbed or a wheel-lift with dollies. Let the dispatcher know the make and model and whether it is still plugged in. EV transport has its own pricing on our rate card.

I left my car at Easton overnight and it is gone. Did you take it?

No. Easton posts a 24-hour limit and uses its own enforcement tow company, which it names on its parking page. We have no role in that. Contact the company listed on the lot signs to find the car and get the release, then call us if you need it towed to a shop or your home.

How much is a lockout or jump start at Easton?

Both are $75 flat plus a $4-per-mile en-route charge. Weekend calls add $50, and calls between 10PM and 6AM add $150 per the rate card. A jump also includes a battery test with a printed report, and if the battery fails we can replace it where the car sits. Give the dispatcher the garage or lot name so the right truck is sent.

Do you cover the Easton offices and hotels, not just the mall?

Yes. Any lot or garage in the Easton area is within our metro coverage, including office parks, hotel parking and the retail pads near Morse Road. Give the building name or the hotel's entrance, and note whether the lot is gated. Most metro calls are reached in 20 to 40 minutes, though that is an estimate.

Can you tow a motorcycle from Easton?

Yes. Bikes parked in the designated motorcycle areas of the West or East garages can be secured and loaded for transport. Tell dispatch the garage and level, whether the bike rolls freely, and whether you have the key, and we will bring the right setup. A bike that will not start may only need a jump, which we handle at the same flat rate as a car.
