Roadside Towing & Recovery Inc works with ten independent repair shops in Columbus, Powell, Westerville, and Hilliard: nine in the Alpha Automotive partner network, plus Arrow Transmissions & Automotive, a standalone shop at 1455 Harrisburg Pike. When your vehicle needs more than a tow, we bring it straight to the partner shop you choose so the repair starts as soon as it arrives, instead of leaving you to track down a mechanic on your own. Repairs are performed by independent partner shops: the Alpha Automotive network and standalone partners such as Arrow Transmissions & Automotive. Roadside Towing & Recovery Inc provides the tow, the CONVINI app coordination, and VIP member pricing.
VIP members get included tows to a partner shop (1–4 per year depending on tier, up to 5–35 miles); everyone else pays our standard published rate and gets priority scheduling at the shop — unless the job qualifies for the free tow with a $750+ repair. Plus, Elite, and Platinum members also save 5–10% on labor at the shop, and Elite and Platinum members get discounted rental days while the car is in for service. From routine maintenance to major engine and transmission work, each shop quotes before work begins and backs its own work under its own warranty terms.

No. Repairs are performed by independent shops in the Alpha Automotive partner network in Columbus, Powell, Westerville and Hilliard. We provide the tow, the coordination through the CONVINI app, and VIP member pricing at the shop.
Do I have to be a VIP member to be towed to a partner shop?
No. Anyone can be towed to a partner shop at our published towing rate, and the tow is free with a repair order of $750 or more before tax when you request it in the Roadside app. CONVINI VIP members get included tows and labor discounts at the shop.
