Call (740) 812-9489Columbus Crew game towing starts with knowing where you parked, because the stadium on the western edge of the Arena District is ringed by a patchwork of lots along Spring Street and Nationwide Boulevard. The venue opened in 2021 as Lower.com Field and became ScottsMiracle-Gro Field under a naming deal announced in November 2025, so older maps and saved pins may still show the former name. The MLS regular season stretches from late February into November, which means matches happen in raw early-spring cold, summer heat and autumn rain. This page covers the match-day lots, how the walk and the exit work, and what to tell our dispatcher when your car will not cooperate. We run 24/7 from Harrisburg Pike, just a few miles southwest, and most metro calls are reached in 20–40 minutes, estimated rather than guaranteed.

The Crew list two groups of match-day parking. Park Columbus runs the Astor Park Garage at 101 Columbus Crew Way, the lot at 530 W. Spring St. and the Belmont Lot at 330 W. Spring St. Arena District Parking handles the 600 Spring Street Lot, the Power Plant Lot at 589 W. Nationwide Blvd., the Broadbelt Lot on Neil Avenue, the Fletcher Lot, the Hocking Lot at 260 Hocking St. and a North Lot.
Knowing which operator's lot you are in is useful when you call, because the address tells our driver exactly where to turn in. For the Astor Park Garage, add the level and the nearest stair or elevator; for a surface lot, give the row or the closest light pole and fence corner.
Many fans park farther east in the Arena District garages and walk west along Nationwide Boulevard, passing Huntington Park on the way. That walk is pleasant before the match but long after it, especially if you realize halfway back that your keys are still in the ignition of a locked car.
The club runs an accessible shuttle from Marconi Boulevard near Locust Street to the stadium's northwest corner, starting four hours before kickoff and continuing for hours after the final whistle. Cyclists can use a free bike valet west of the stadium near the pedestrian bridge. If you rode in with someone else and their car fails, the shuttle stop and the valet area are both easy landmarks to give a dispatcher.
For a lockout, our lockout service is a flat $75 plus $4 a mile en-route; the technician will ask for ID that matches the vehicle.
Few Columbus venues see such a range of conditions in a single season. A late-February or March evening match can drop well below freezing, and a battery that has been running a stereo or phone chargers in the lot before kickoff may be flat by the time you return. Our jump starts include a printed battery test, and we can replace a failing battery on the spot.
Summer brings heat that punishes worn tires on sun-baked gravel and asphalt, so a tire change is one of the most common post-match calls in July. Autumn rain can leave a car sliding off a soft lot edge; if a wheel is sunk in mud, winch-out recovery is billed at $150 per hour.
Electric vehicles are a growing share of match-day traffic. If one will not wake up, we start with a 12V jump so it can enter transport mode, then tow it with all four wheels off the ground.
The stadium sits near SR-315 and the western ramps of I-670, while Spring Street and Dublin Road carry traffic west and south. When 20,000 people leave at once, those routes slow down for a while. If your car stalls in a lot aisle, leave it where it is with hazards on rather than pushing it into the exit line, and call right away so dispatch has you in the queue.
Weeknight matches frequently end after dark, and any call placed between 10 PM and 6 AM adds $150 on the rate card; Saturday and Sunday matches add the $50 weekend charge. For a car that cannot be fixed at the curb, our emergency towing team can take it home or to one of our repair partners.
A tow from any match-day lot is priced the same way: $4 a mile en-route, a $125 hook-up and $7 per loaded mile. Saturday and Sunday calls add $50, and anything between 10 PM and 6 AM adds $150. Roadside fixes such as a jump, lockout or tire change are $75 flat plus $4 a mile en-route. Dispatch gives you the number before a truck is sent.
No. The Crew's downtown stadium opened under the Lower.com Field name in 2021 and was renamed ScottsMiracle-Gro Field after a naming agreement announced in November 2025. The address, 96 Columbus Crew Way, did not change. If your navigation app still shows the old name, either one will get you to the same place, and our dispatchers will recognize both.
Usually, yes. We send low-profile trucks designed for parking structures and wheel-lift units with dollies for tight corners. Tell dispatch the level, the stairwell nearest your car and whether you are nose-in. If the garage's posted clearance is below what our equipment needs, we will tell you before dispatching and work out another plan.
Whoever is standing next to the car should call, because the driver will phone that number on arrival. Have the vehicle owner there with ID if the call turns into a lockout or a tow. Give the lot name, a landmark such as the bike valet or the pedestrian bridge, and the car's make, model and color.
Yes. Electric vehicles are always moved with all four wheels off the ground, on a flatbed or a wheel-lift with dollies, because their motors connect directly to the wheels. If the car is completely dead, we first give it a 12V jump so it can be shifted into transport mode. Mention that it is an EV when you call.
We are not. Roadside Towing & Recovery Inc is independent and insured, and we have no partnership with the club, the league, the stadium's naming-rights company or the lot operators. None of our trucks are posted at matches. Call (740) 812-9489 when you need us and dispatch will send the next available truck.
