Dead battery on a garage level, keys locked in after dinner, or a car that will not start on an event night? Call and tell us the garage and street.
Call (740) 812-9489Bridge Park towing calls come almost entirely from covered garages, curbside spaces with short time limits, and the few blocks between Riverside Drive and the river in downtown Dublin. If your car is stuck there, call (740) 812-9489 and describe the garage and level. The goal of this page is narrow: explain how to get help on the east bank of the Scioto, where most parking is stacked in multi-level structures that a regular tow truck cannot always enter. Bridge Park spans about 30 acres of restaurants, shops, apartments, offices and two hotels along Riverside Drive, Longshore Street, Bridge Park Avenue and John Shields Parkway, and it connects to Historic Dublin by the Dublin Link pedestrian bridge. On busy dining and event nights, finding a stalled car in a full garage takes good directions, so we spell out what to say below.

The district lists five free garages holding thousands of spaces, plus on-street parallel parking; the Bridge Park West garage sits off North High Street, and the city's Rock Cress garage near the library is also free. Gate arms have been installed at Rock Cress entrances and exits, so tell the dispatcher if a gate stands between your car and the street.
Curb spaces work differently. After a July 2026 update from the City of Dublin, spaces on High Street and Longshore Street are limited to one hour, while Riverside Drive and the surrounding streets allow two. If your car dies in one of those spaces, call early rather than hoping the limit will be overlooked.
Inside a structure, a low-profile truck from our parking garage recovery crew can reach cars on levels a standard wrecker cannot. A flatbed waits at street level when the car needs to go further.
Evenings are the heart of Bridge Park. North Market Bridge Park, live-music restaurants and patios along Riverside Drive keep the garages full, and seasonal programming such as The Dublin Market and the 12 Days of Bridge Park brings in thousands more visitors.
Crowded nights produce predictable problems: keys locked in while loading takeout, interior lights left on during a long dinner, or a phone-key battery that dies in the garage. Our lockout service and jump starts are each $75 plus $4 a mile en-route, with the battery test and printed report included on every jump. Calls from 10PM to 6AM carry the after-hours surcharge on the rate card, as do weekend calls.
If you have been drinking, do not drive the car even after we get it started; we can tow it home instead.
The Bridge Park garages have dozens of EV charging stations, so plenty of electric cars park here. When one will not wake up, we first apply a 12V jump so it can enter transport mode, then move it with all four wheels raised, either on a wheel-lift with dollies or on a flatbed once it reaches open air.
Give the dispatcher the make and model, the charger number or level, and whether the charge cable is still locked in the port. Details on how we handle Teslas, Rivians and other electric cars are on our EV towing page.
Most metro calls, including Dublin, are reached in 20 to 40 minutes, but treat that as an estimate rather than a promise, especially on a packed Saturday.
Private lots in and around the district may post tow-away rules, and under ORC 4513.601 a private-property tow requires those signs, which name the tow company and where the car went. Police-ordered tows are dispatched by the police, not by you or by us.
We cannot release a car from another company's lot or an impound lot. Once you have the release paperwork, we can collect the vehicle there and take it to your home or a shop. Our towed-car guide explains the documents you should bring.
Keep in mind that curbside enforcement in Dublin belongs to the city, while garage and lot rules come from whoever owns the property. A ticket for overstaying a one-hour space is not the same thing as a tow, so check the posted signs at your spot before assuming the car was taken, and call the number on any tow-away sign first.
Yes. We send a low-profile truck built for parking structures when a car is stuck on an upper or lower garage level. Tell dispatch which garage, the level, and the nearest street entrance. If a gate arm controls the exit, mention that too, so the driver can plan the way out before arriving.
Call us right away and let the dispatcher know you are in a time-limited curb space. A jump, lockout or tire change is $75 plus $4 a mile en-route, and if the car needs a tow we can load it straight from the curb. Waiting risks a citation once the limit runs out.
It is a well-known landmark, but the bridge is for pedestrians only, so our truck cannot reach you there. Meet the driver at your car instead, and give the nearest cross street, such as Riverside Drive at John Shields Parkway or Bridge Park Avenue, so we can find the right garage entrance.
We jump the 12-volt battery so the car can go into transport mode, then move it with all four wheels off the ground using dollies with a wheel-lift. Once it is out of the garage, it can go onto a flatbed for the drive to a shop or home. The car never rolls on its own drive wheels.
A standard tow is $4 a mile en-route plus $125 to hook up and $7 per loaded mile. Weekend calls add $50, calls between 10PM and 6AM add $150, and large vehicles add $100. Our rate card has the complete list, and dispatch will price the trip before sending a truck. Loaded miles start once the car is on our truck.
No. We are an independent towing company with no ties to the development, the city, or any restaurant or event there. We do not enforce any lot. We simply answer calls from drivers who need a jump, a lockout, a garage recovery or a tow. Our prices are the same published rates we charge everywhere.
