How the VIP Repair Program Works
Most drivers meet a towing company and a repair shop on the worst day of their year, separately, and pay full price for both. The CONVINI VIP Membership Program puts the two together: you break down, Roadside Towing & Recovery Inc tows you to the independent partner shop you choose, and your membership covers the tow and takes a cut off the repair labor. Repairs are performed by independent partner shops: the Alpha Automotive network and standalone partners such as Arrow Transmissions & Automotive. Roadside Towing & Recovery Inc provides the tow, the CONVINI app coordination, and VIP member pricing.
VIP members get included tows to a partner shop (1–4 per year depending on tier, up to 5–35 miles); everyone else pays our standard published rate and gets priority scheduling at the shop — unless the job qualifies for the free tow with a $750+ repair. Memberships run $99–$399 a year across four tiers and are managed in the free CONVINI app, which is also where you press SOS to start a tow.

Discounts apply to labor only — parts are billed at the shop's normal price, and each shop quotes the job before work begins and warrants its own work under its own terms.

What is the CONVINI VIP Repair Program?

What does VIP membership include?
VIP members get included tows to a partner shop (1–4 per year depending on tier, up to 5–35 miles); everyone else pays our standard published rate and gets priority scheduling at the shop — unless the job qualifies for the free tow with a $750+ repair. Plus, Elite, and Platinum members save 5–10% on repair labor at partner shops, Plus, Elite, and Platinum members get one free oil change a year, and Elite and Platinum members get 4–6 rental days a year at 10% off the daily rate.
Are parts discounted too?
No. VIP savings apply to labor only. Parts are billed at the partner shop's normal price, and each shop quotes the job before work begins and warrants its own work under its own terms.
Do I have to be a member to get towed to a repair shop?
No. Anyone can have us tow to the partner shop of their choice at our standard published rate, and you still get priority scheduling at the shop. Membership is what makes those tows included and the labor discounted. Not a member? One free tow per customer, no membership needed: request it in the Roadside app (the Roadside Emergency Management App), acknowledge the offer, and when your repair order at an in-network partner shop is $750 or more before tax, we cover up to the first $100 of a standard tow of a small or medium-size car — up to 5 miles inside the I-270 loop or within 5 miles of the shop.
