A motorcycle tow is billed from the same published rate card as any tow: en-route at $4 per mile from our yard, a $125 hook-up fee and $7.00 per loaded mile, so a 10-mile tow is $195 plus en-route and Ohio sales tax. There is no motorcycle surcharge on the card; after-hours, weekend and highway surcharges apply as they do to every tow.
We carry it on a flatbed instead of towing it. The front wheel sits in a motorcycle wheel chock and the bike is secured with soft straps, so it rides upright with both wheels on the bed.
Most calls inside the I-270 area are reached in 20–40 minutes and outer communities in 40–60. Dispatch sends the nearest available flatbed and gives you the live ETA when you call.
