“Absolutely wonderful experience with Tim! We had to have my son’s Audi towed today, and this gentleman made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I received updates throughout the entire process and he even called me when he was on his way. He arrived right when the estimated time said he would, which I really appreciated. Frequently asked questions
Where do these reviews come from?
After a job, customers rate the driver who helped them through our own review system, Blue Collar Tips. Every rating we receive is counted here and updated daily, including the low ones. Nothing is filtered, edited or paid for.
Why do you show your own reviews instead of just Google?
Google reviews are welcome and we link to them, but most customers never leave one. Our own system asks every customer right after the job, so it reflects far more of our work. Google stays on the page as a second opinion.
Why do some reviews show stars but no comment?
Plenty of customers tap a star rating and skip the comment box. Those reviews still count in every number on this page and show their stars, driver and date. When a customer writes a comment, it appears with the date and their first name and last initial.
How is each driver's score calculated?
Each review earns points: two for five stars, one for four, none for three, and minus two or minus three for a two- or one-star rating. The leaderboard ranks drivers by points for the period, so steady good work counts for more than a single great job.
