An oil change at a partner shop includes a new filter and a look over the basics — fluid levels, belts and hoses, tire pressure, and lights — so a small problem gets mentioned before it becomes a tow. The shop quotes the oil change at its own posted price and tells you before adding anything else.
VIP members at the Plus tier and above get one oil change per year included at a partner shop, plus service reminders in the CONVINI app. If an engine ever does seize on the road, Roadside Towing & Recovery Inc tows you to the shop under the same tier terms as any other repair.

Follow your owner's manual — commonly 3,000–5,000 miles for conventional oil and 7,500–10,000 for full synthetic. Short trips and extreme temperatures shorten the interval.
For most modern engines it is not optional — the manufacturer specifies it. For older engines that allow conventional oil, synthetic still protects better in Ohio's temperature swings and lasts longer between changes.
