Bethel Road, Henderson Road and Sawmill Road, between the Scioto and the Olentangy.
Call (740) 812-9489Northwest Columbus is the part of the city between the Scioto River on the west and the Olentangy River on the east, running from Henderson Road and Highland Drive north to State Route 161, and it counts only land inside Columbus city limits. Once mostly farmland, it grew into car-oriented suburbs. Bethel Road, Henderson Road and Sawmill Road carry its traffic past shopping centers such as Carriage Place, and Ohio State's Don Scott Airport, open since 1943, occupies its northern half. Calls here range from dead batteries in plaza lots to tows after fender-benders on the commercial roads. Trucks from our Harrisburg Pike yard reach most addresses in 20–40 minutes.

Usually north on State Route 315 from downtown, following the Olentangy valley, then off at the Henderson Road or Bethel Road ramps and west toward your address. For the Sawmill Road side near the Scioto, the driver may use I-270 instead and come in from the north. Allow 20–40 minutes for most of the area. Name a cross street or a plaza when you call, for example Bethel and Kenny or Sawmill and Bethel, because the commercial strips have many driveways and the right one saves time.
Yes. The OSU Don Scott Airport at 2160 West Case Road is owned and operated by Ohio State, and the university's Aerospace Research Center stands next to it at 2300 West Case Road. If your car will not start in one of the lots out there, tell dispatch the building you are closest to and which entrance you used off West Case Road. Plan to meet the driver in a public parking area. A jump, a lockout or a tow to your shop can all be handled from there.
State Route 315 is a limited-access highway along the Olentangy, and the shoulder is the only safe place to wait on it. If the car rolls, ease right onto the shoulder or take the Henderson or Bethel ramp, put the hazards on and keep your seat belt fastened. When you cannot get out of a travel lane, call 911 first. Next, give our dispatcher your direction, the last ramp you passed and a description of the car, and we will send an emergency tow to get you off the highway.
If the spot is in a private apartment lot and the property has Ohio-compliant towing signs at its entrances, the owner or management company can authorize removal, and we handle that private-property towing with photos and a record of each vehicle. Talk to your manager rather than calling us directly. If the car is on a public street instead, only the Columbus Division of Police can order a tow, so contact their non-emergency line. Drivers whose cars go missing from a signed lot can find the towing company listed on the sign.
Anywhere you like: your mechanic, a dealer on Sawmill Road, a partner shop or home. If the car needs to wait, our Harrisburg Pike lot holds it at the per-day storage rate. The price comes from our published rate card, and dispatch confirms it before the driver hooks up, with card or cash accepted at the end. The same trucks also cover Worthington just north of State Route 161, so a trip there is quoted the same way.
Yes. Both city parks sit along Olentangy River Road on the east side of the area: Antrim Park at 5800 Olentangy River Road covers about 122 acres, and Anheuser-Busch Sports Park at 4990 shares its address with a COTA park-and-ride. Tell dispatch which lot you are in and roughly where in it, since both are large. A jump start handles most of these calls, and if the car needs a shop, the driver can load it and take it wherever you choose.
